I was frustrated with the lack of drawer space in my King Suite with Pool View. I had to keep my personal items in awkward places, far from comfortable. Navigating the lock to re-enter the hotel after dark was a nightmare. I had to feel around through iron grates.

I really appreciated the accommodating receptionist, she even helped me with a hair dryer and a clothing steamer. The breakfast was great, and the friendly wait staff made every morning a pleasure.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience was still worth it.

Comfortable Stay with Fantastic Pool View
I stayed for 8 nights in the King Suite with Pool View. The view was fine! I could've used a chest for my clothes. Accessing the gate lock was tricky in the dark, but I appreciated the added security. Perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the friendly wait staff at breakfast and the fun live music in the evenings. The outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge were perfect for unwinding after a long day. On the downside, a bit more drawer space in the room would’ve been nice, but overall such a great place! 😊

Just a perfect match for a city holiday in Ajijic with really good value. The outdoor swimming pool was a great escape after exploring the town. Make sure to bring your own snacks as the dining options can be limited.

The King Suite with Pool View offered fine vistas. Enjoying the art gallery features was a special treat, especially the local artists showcased . The lack of drawer space made organizing my belongings difficult, and accessing the gate at night was inconvenient due to the tricky lock. Though the on-site food was commendable with its was good.

The pool was dirty and uninviting, making it difficult to enjoy. there were some inconveniences, such as no mini bar/fridge in the room and locked doors in the evening, which required calling management for access.
